Great meal !! Together with our friend Jürgen .... have a nice holiday in this beautiful village with hospitable people.

Interesting restaurant, as the kitchens of different regions of the world are combined here ... There is home-style German, Italian and Turkish food on one menu. The grill plate I chose was good, the schnitzel on the next table looked good and big too. All in all, reasonably priced and tasty. I cannot understand the reviews that the staff was unfriendly ...

Beautiful Christmas market very romantic ...

Nice ambience for a break on a bike ride. Cake and coffee was really good, the spray cream rather not. The service was a bit brittle, but did a professional job. With a little more friendliness, there would have been one more star. But as far as everything is ok.

If you visit Schlitz, then this restaurant on the marketplace is a good rest stop. From the elevated terrace (accessible only by stairs from outside) you have a good view of the action on the market square, with the surrounding half-timbered houses form the appropriate frame. It is freshly cooked. Unfortunately, the stag goulash was not ready, so we had to redeploy. The landlady is extremely attentive, and always there when you need them. Even a little chat is "in there", especially regarding dogs (animals). Cold shell for the dog is then of course a matter of course. Something has disturbed us the mixture of mental arithmetic and paper writing of the landlady in the final bill. There is nothing written on the table, and in the end a not so good feeling. One point deduction, but still a recommendation!

Very unfriendly and disrespectful staff. Not enthusiastic about serving larger groups, because then "other visitors would have no room" if we put together tables. Not recommended.

The service was very nice. But for an average salad then to pay for extra bread, I find it rather cheeky. Well, there is not much choice here at noon.

Was eating there a few days ago. Service nice and the beer nice and cool. The schnitzel is delicious. Coming soon with my family to eat over.

I can not share the comment by Mr Martin Ahlbrecht. We asked if we were allowed to take pictures on the terrace and were treated nicely. In the evening we ate deer ragout. We were very satisfied and felt well. Always my pleasure.

We were there once in summer and had a beer on the beautiful terrace. The owner was nice but had a slightly biotic undertone. But today, at the opening of the Christmas market, I once again went to the terrace to take a picture where there was already a photographer and no one else was there and all the furniture was covered. After the picture, the owner was suddenly behind me and wanted to know from me, if I had asked for permission? After I said no, she literally kicked me out. I have never experienced such unfriendly and impossible behavior. Had planned to eat there. Certainly not anymore. Too bad, the Christmas market with the biggest candle is beautiful.

Another place was recommended to us. We decided on this restaurant and were absolutely thrilled. Delicious food, everything freshly prepared and friendly service. We recommend!
